Reading glasses for reading catalogues
I had my eyes checked the other day, and I am 20/20 but I still bought reading glasses (bug eye style) for reading catalogues at work. (I had some old glasses but only theatrical.)
The print in things has gotten smaller, so here is a list of things you will need reading glasses for even if you have perfect vision.
Catalogues. We have to look things up in catalogues at work. The print is SMALL. A woman at work who has THICK glasses also needs a magnifying glass to read it!!
Books. Print in some BOOKS is smaller than it used to be.
Batteries packages. Look how tiny the print is now.
OTC drug packages. Some prescription drugs too. See notes on batteries.

Bad commercial review
Watching TV on my lunch break (Ch. 19). Saw commercial for Repatha. Commercial says Repatha has all kinda of side effects.
Saw commercial for tattoo removal company. Useless.
Saw Dawn commercial where they clean oil off birds. Er..It doesn't even remove dried food off my dishes!!

ANNonymity!!
There is a reason I don't use my last name on my blog, or post a whole photo of my face!! Or give out other personal details.
I want to make life a little harder for stalkers. These are sensitive times, and I don't want to put my JOB at risk. I want to make this a "cat and mouse" game for them. If they can figure it out, fine, but I don't want to make it an automatic.
Here's a kloo..I used my last name on Facebook. I have a couple photos of my FACE on my comments hanging around. See if you can find them!! I also had a BIG photo of my face on Geocities years ago (2000ish).

She is suing for....harassment!!
LOL at "The Judgement Hour"!!
I got addicted to Judge Judy many years ago when she was still on Ch. 5, in the days of Dave Wagner/Anne Marie Tiernan. (And who was the weatherman's name who had a deep drawl?? Byron or Brad or something??)
I watched Judge Judy today because I went home after my opthamologist appointment. (I am 20/20 yay!!) I've always liked the man with the deep voice who does the voiceover on Judge Judy, and I always know when he is going to say "harassment".
He always has a big pause before he says "harassment".
"They are suing for.........harassment."
When he says "They are suing for....", and has a big pause, you KNOW the next word will be "harassment!!" People on that show are ALWAYS suing for "harassment".

They stole my paint
Some asshole has stolen or destroyed paint off my porch for the second year in a row!!
Last year they stole it and we had to have it replaced. Overnight last night, they opened it up and left it out to get ruined by the rain. It's always "just some kids" who are 40.
